RBA Annual Exhibition 2026
Mall Galleries, London

Open Return has been selected to be part of the prestigious RBA Annual Exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London. The painting is inspired by my weekly commute between home in West Doset and my art practice in London. Blurred views, rapid movement and confusted internal reflections reference my anticipation and anxiety of the regular psycological adjustment.

Painting: A Changed Environment
Messums West

I am overjoyed to have a tryptich from my Journeys series included in this excelent exhibition at Messums West. The paintings explore philosophical ideas about identity and change. these works address both a physical and an emotional journey of uncertainty and potentially unknown outcomes. Views are distorted with the rapid forward movement, and further confused with the internal reflections. Modern technology is apparent as a distraction in the foreground and a feature of the far landscape.

The Dorset Open
Dorchester Museum and Gallery

My recent series of paintings, Journeys, has been selected to be part of Dorset Visual Art’s inaugral open art competition.

The exhibition showcases a wide range of work from artists responding to the landscape, people, history and cultire of Dorset.

Journeys was created in collaberation with Dorset County Hospital. The three paintings depict familiar and reasuring views of west Dorset from the vantage of the bus. Movement and reflection distort and confuse the image to portray an uncertain emotional journay as well as a the physical one.

Dorset County Hosital

My Maps series is now installed at the new discharge lounge at Dorset County Hospital. Thank you so much to the fantastic Arts in Hospital Team.

This commission project was requisite to my Degree course. The brief was to develop a site-specific painting to provide distraction, reduce anxiety, introduce colour and provide a more comfortable environment for staff and patients at the hospital.

I hope I have achieved this with a calming palette and reassuring references to where we call home.

I will now be embarking on a year long art residency at the hospital.
